[busy] zero payout with 100% beneficiary

Expected behavior

Curator payout should still be shown when a post with 100% beneficiary is paid out.

Beneficiary info should be shown even after paid out.

Actual behavior

Curator payout is not shown when a post with 100% beneficiary is paid out.

Beneficiary info is not shown after paid out.
