Homemade Sweet Pumpkin
Last week, my husband made a sweet pumpkin in the oven. During the winter season, you will see a lot of pumpkins everywhere in the supermarket. It's not only that it's cheap but also it's very crunchy and sweet. They usually make a pumpkin in the oven in BG. It's one of their traditional desserts during the Christmas season. Everyone loves it.
Pumpkin in the oven is easy to make. You can eat it for dessert or snacks.

Peel the pumpkin
Cut into small pieces
Sprinkle sugar
Olive oil and a bit of water
Oven for 45-1 hour 300 C
