What are excuses?

I think in my own way of explaining this in a very clear way I will say excuses are the things we set as a barrier preventing us from crossing the bridge to achieving something that will really need. So in other words when someone sets or make an excuse they tends to shy away from the reality and giving a justification to the reasons why they couldn't do a certain thing to make themselves feel good but deep down if not for anything I think we tend to know ourselves better than anyone else and with that being said, we fully know when we are lying to ourselves, yeah we do. Again here is another fantastic thing that i have discovered in this life:

There will always be a reason why you won't be able to get something done. There will always be a reason why you cannot buy that online course, learn that skill, hit the gym, or do that thing you need to improve your life. Think back on that task you avoided two years ago due to a 'valid excuse.' Did the excuse magically disappear last year, allowing you to accomplish the task? No. Will it disappear this year? Maybe not. I didn't buy the course because I didn't have money, I didn't go to the gym because I'm busy, I didn't take on this opportunity because I am not this or that.

See, your excuses will always be there, and amusingly, they are valid. But if you don't brush aside them aside, they will linger as reasons holding you back from living your best life, keeping you stuck and ultimately impeding your growth. Take a look at the lives of those you celebrate or adore today. Many of them faced challenges too. Did they have excuses or reasons why they couldn't make certain decisons? Yes. Did they make the decisions anyway? Absolutely. Did they turn out well? Indeed. While your excuses are valid, set them aside, take the necessary steps, and live your best life.
