Monarch fern Microsorum scolopendria

Latin nameObservation dateLocation
Microsorum scolopendria5.12.2021St Lucia, South Africa

There are many introduced plants in Europe, which often damage the native flora. There are also some in Africa, of course, and I photographed one in a national park on the Indian Ocean coast. The fern is native to the Pacific.
