SUBLIMATION PRINTING PROCESS (STEP BY STEP)
Good evening guys, I'm in the shop today and I decided to show you how our sublimation printing works. I'm gonna give you a step by step on how we do it.
You can also like our facebook page if you like and if you have plans on doing business with us.
So lets start, first step is to make a layout of your clients design to print. We are using coreldraw as our editing tool. We also use photoshop sometimes.
then I put the design in this software where it will let me print it in our sublimation printer.
by the way guys, This is our sublimation printer right here.
next is to print it. today our clients are some delivery riders from shope and we are printing their design right now.
next step is to cut the designs and also to cut some blank clothes because we will transfer the print from the sublimation paper to the white polyiester cloth.
then next is to let the heatpress heat up to 200 degrees celsius. After letting it heat you can now place your cloth there and put the sublimation paper with designs on top of it and then thats it.
your done. you now have clothes with designs in it. The next step is to send it to our dressmaker to stetch it into a jersey.
thank you for reading guys and Godbless.
