PAGKAING PINOY (KINILAW NGA BULINAW)
Hi guys. This I would like to share to all of you. This image is only recovered in my phone.
This dish is called 'kinilaw nga bulinaw' which is very famous here in Cebu, Philippines. Bulinaw are small fishes which you can eat raw and by just dipping into vinegar.
Kinilaw means raw fish dip in vinegar.
We always but bulinaw during its season. There is a time here in the Philippines where every night local fisherman get to catch so many bulinaw where in those who help them to pull the fishing net after fishing will get free fish for it.
You must try this dish to know what Filipino delicacies taste like.
