By accepting and enjoying every moment, it means we are grateful for everything that God has given us.
There are times when we voluntarily or compulsorily accept and then enjoy moments we don't expect, it can be life's challenges and sadness. However, you should still enjoy whatever it is, even if it feels difficult.
The enjoyment of life can be achieved by every individual, but this depends on how to manage each other's feelings to deal with every incident that is experienced.
