I completed another curation and post for the @aliveandthriving project and caught up with some engagements.

I took Bella out for her usual 3 walks.

I also took some pictures of some trains near a pretty busy railtrack near me.

Heading to a special spot

I took my bike to a special quiet spot i like near where i live.

I took these photo's on the way.

Life is short

Look one thing i have learned in 50 plus years i have been alive is life is short.

Don't waste time sweating the small stuff.

You can be here one day and gone the next.

I have lost a lot of friends over the years and what a lot of people don't realise is once a week i spend some time just me saluting my lost pals.

I do not talk about it, i do not share it with anyone, some memories and losses are just private.

I raise a drink, remember some stuff and move on, enjoying my life to the best of my ability because that is what we owe the ones we have lost.

So I pour a drink at my favourite local spot.

Had a couple of drinks to my fallen friends and lost pals.

It is a perfect place to have a private moment by the canal.

I headed back home before i had to many drinks as i was just suppose to be here for the moment and headed for some food and to complete my curations, post and contest fot @heartbeatonhive

I had a double patty burger with chedder cheese, halloumi, bacon, jalapeno and gerkins with cheesy loaded fries an six jalapeno cream cheese poppers.
