Wounded Heart
You said you love me,
With joy I believed you,
I never knew you were far from me,
But I found myself falling for you.
Though to love was kinda hard,
But still I gave my heart to you,
You played me for so long,
And tore my heart apart.
Even I waited in the dew,
For the feeling that is blue,
I gave my heart and soul to you,
Believing forever we are glue.
Love was meant to be a cure,
And to unlock in you happiness,
You appeared like you are pure,
But you trigger in me loneliness.
Oh! I'm in pain tonight,
Thinking about all that happened,
Your thoughts brought no light,
And darkness overwhelmed me.
At first, you were erotic,
Because you want me to comprehend,
Now all I can see is chaotic,
My heart is wounded, far to amend.
