Yesterday was a great day for me...my wife and I went to the notary to get the notary deed for our new house, and then we decided to grab something to eat and take a walk in the park. The weather was perfect, since it had only been cold and rainy for a few days before that, so we were very happy with the good weather.

I felt great and so I decided to run 10k in the evening with the idea of ​​improving my record and I did it. I have never run 10km in 1 hour before and yesterday I did it in 53:51 minutes. I surprised myself too.. But I feel great

I kept a good pace the whole time..
