My body is a stranger

Every day that passes, I learn new shit about myself and in the past couple of days, I have had a crash course in Belemology. I have experienced weirdness beyond my understanding and I just try to take it in my stride without panicking too much, well, at least to an extent.

I called my brother the other day to explain how I've been feeling tightness in my chest and also very "fainty". He assured me that I wasn't dying, and then told me that it is probably just my reaction to some changes. He further explained that people that exhibit the symptoms I described are asthmatic, and since I'm not, it is probably just because of the rainy days lately. The other possibility is that I'm going through some emotional and psychological ordeal that's affecting my heart rate.

So, yesterday, due to the weirdness I felt, I checked my blood pressure and this time, it wasn't for fun. I was nervous that I might have started developing some stress-related health issue, and considering both my parents experienced it, with my mum experiencing hers around my age, although hers was due to child birth, I figured it wasn't out of the question.

The blood pressure was normal but the heaviness in my heart and limbs didn't subside after finding out. I'm taking it slow and haven't been as active on social media, or hive as much as I use to, but that's normal. I'm trying to figure myself out, and catch up with all this weirdness I feel in my body.
