About 1 month to create the models and animate them. 1 week to Render. Blender 2.69 1920x1080 resolution with 100 render samples. CPU i7 Quad Core with 16GB RAM. Music from Jamendo.com, Alban Lepsy - France, Creative Commons License.
Almost half way through rendering I noticed the issues with the hair not colliding properly with the face. Knowing it would take a week, I did not bother to fix it.
