Astronomers put a lot of efforts in research and exploration of the universe they try hard to understand the origin of the universe and at some point they discover things that has been of great benefits to the human system they also study whole lot about the planet the stars and galaxies and this requires a lot of work and collaboration but at some point the first some challenges that has hindered them from achieving some set goals, one of those challenges is the fact that not everyone in the public have been able to understand what astronomers put out there as informations.

They also experience what is known as data overload which comes as a result of increase volume of data and this poses the need of always looking for advanced instruments and other equipment and this required financial assistance and this have also affected the accuracy of data storage data processing and data analysis.

Sometimes some astronomical projects are not completed due to lack of fund they also face challenges of global collaboration because people in different countries have different opinion about some projects and most of the project are not transparent enough for people out of the country to understand what the project is all about most importantly as technology rapidly advanced it becomes more difficult for astronomers to be at the same pace with technology.

Every information stored in the blockchain are secured because they are stored in different nodes so even if any node have issues the other nodes will continue their work and all information are stored in chain, and the chain continues are more data comes and they are linked to the older or master chain and they are all secured with the use of cryptography so we did there will be no issue of data overload and based on the fact that blockchain is decentralized no single authority will come and determine which information should be stored or deleted.

All astronomical projects or missions can make use of the blockchain technology to decide how to share their information to the community with the trust that no one can alter their information or steal the project idea.

Celestial objects can be tokenized.

Yes Celestia objects like stars Galaxy and planets can be tokenized as non-fungible tokens that can not be replicated and this serves as a proof of ownership to the owner of the celestial object, with the use of smart contract any transaction of any celestial object can be automated and recorded on the blockchain.

Those celestial talking can be sold or used for threading in the marketplace which can be created in the platform and also this tokens when sold will help to raise fund that can be used to support the astronomical research and outreach, this phones that are raised from the token can also be used to sponsors and educational program that will help to educate more people as well as generate more income to the community.

Celestial tokens can also be used to authenticate and verify astronomical data also result from exploration and outreach can be recognized there by creating more financial income opportunity.

Blockchain is decentralized and transparent so people from different region can access and participate in the celestial token ownership and this will enhance global community interest in astronomy.

Cryptographic techniques in blockchain securing formation and all information are linked together through the cryptographic hashes so all astronomical information will be secured using blockchain technology and this will reduce cyber attack on like what astronomers face on centralized system where data can just get missing or be stolen.
Blockchain technology uses consensus mechanism to validate only transactions that are initiated in the chain so no fraud or malicious activities can easily happen using the blockchain.

The blockchain uses additional layer to secure sensitive astronomical data and gives access to only authorized member who owns the keys so all sensitive information are secured, every observation recorded in the blockchain can be traced back to its beginning and this can help to identify and correct some errors that might have occurred during research so in a sense blockchain can enhance security in astronomy.

Decentralized autonomous organization can also transform astronomy by giving members opportunity to make collective decisions and also help them to manage funds through the use of smart contract and also support an approved project proposals, when scientist bringing suggestions they can be compensated with some incentive and this will bring growth to the projects.
