EOFY Toy Sale!

The end of financial year sales are on right now and I think we went a bit nuts with the toys.

Granted we've been wanting to buy Bella more toys and intended to a couple of weeks ago but decided to wait and I'm glad we did cos BigW has a mega toy sale on at the moment.

I know it looks like we got heaps..

Ok we did... But listen...

He's a Gemini, I'm a Libran ~ together we are terrible at making decisions mainly because we often have different views so we tend to agree to disagree and that's what happened with the toy selections.

He wanted the big items, I wanted the smaller ones. We couldn't agree so we got everything.

We figured we can get Bella to choose which ones she really wanted when we got home and then we could return what she didn't want or give some away.

I laid everything out when we got home and put a blanket out for her so she could look at everything.

I know she's only a baby but she's amazingly decisive. She knows what she wants and she'll go for it.

There's no formula to what she likes. No specific colour or anything. She seems to like hard toys and soft toys the same way.

You can imagine how pleasantly surprised I was when she went straight for the baby karaoke 😍 There's my Filipino baby! Karaoke is LIFE! Unfortunately she's a little too young for it.

The search continued until she settled on a simple rattle/tether and an activity cube.

In the end we decided to keep everything. We also decided not to give her all the toys at once and to let her choose s box every now and then. I reckon we have enough to last her til Christmas!

And the great thing is we saved over $100 on toys 💪 I'm pretty happy about that!
