My Office Dance Session

Recently very busy with work schedule until no time to post, even today is sunday I still need to work for full day and make me no mood to do posting even though simple writing, such a moody sunday. lol...

But since my work flow in office not so heavy and long time never dance, so I just get my song, plug into mobile speaker, then just start a short dance session.

It is really a very tiring session because I am long time never dance. My leg just very painful and body aches everywhere. Seems it is the warning that I must train again very soon.

I even no time to do dance tutorial until now since I plan early day. I do need a simple planning so I can done it very soon.
