'I would pray' by @sazzler

An eerie silence permeates the soft walls in the womb of the universe. Three lonesome angels gather around the explosive device that will end all things. 'Should it be flashing?' inquires Simuel with an edge of concern. 'Yeah' says Sapphiroth, as assured and casual as if they were boarding a bus. 'Thats alright then' he replies, and the three of them laugh it off, in the full knowledge that existence as we know it hangs in the balance. This prayer may be the glue that holds us all together, or the final whisper in this precious legacy of sentience and space-matter. Sapphiroth begins to strum her golden lyre and focus on eternity to draw forth the spiritsong from her lips while Simuel digs the earth with his headless demon and the Shadow of Beasleybubb sprinkles the last remaining petals from the Urn of All Grace. Will it be enough? Will the universe be saved and born anew or blown to smithereens? Presumably if you're listening..... it worked.....
