War with the marrowbone.
War with the marrowbone.
Winter is a great time to learn something new, since there's no work to do in the garden. And in the spring, there won't be time to pore over new information, since you'll need to do things with your hands, not without your brain, but still, time will be critically short.
Winter is also an excellent time to prepare a dish like jellied meat, which is made from meat. The marrowbones of pigs or cows, or the lower parts of the limbs, are best suited for this, after being boiled for a long time.
These parts contain lard, but they're very rich in collagen, the substance that makes up gelatin, and the dish quickly turns into a dense, jelly-like mass. It's good for bones and marrow. As strange as it may sound, the most delicious part of these bones is hidden inside them, and it's the marrow, which can only be extracted by sawing, or even cracking, the thick bone... what does that have to do with nuts?
Yes, I didn't misspeak, often the search for new information is compared to cracking nuts, but this search is much more similar to cracking bones, any dog will confirm my words lol.
When you've reached the tasty core of the tubular bone, you can relax and enjoy the treats. At this point, it's hard work, hard, grueling work, because the treat is right there, but you can't reach it.
Someone who hasn't been able to reach the truth, or gain some insight, may try to deceive themselves or others by grabbing a piece of asphalt with their teeth instead of a bone, as this French bulldog did. For him, the opinions of others are apparently more important than the truth. But I could be wrong in my conclusions about what lies within the soul of a little heart, hidden under a thin layer of soft, bulldog fur.
There's still more to explore, I think I'll get around to it after writing this post... I'm craving some jellied meat :)

Material thoughts about beekeeping №1
When I visited dense forests, I did not see ideal conditions for bees there, but many beekeepers harvest beekeeping products in such places.
