Although, I remember once renting an apartment in another city, and the building manager there was in charge of the heating system, regulating the temperature at his own discretion, which was completely at odds with my idea of ​​what warmth should be in winter. LOL.

The feeling you experience when you're lacking warmth can, in principle, be tricked. For example, by tensing all your muscles and then suddenly relaxing them. This provides a few seconds of warmth when your hands are numb from the cold.

But sometimes, there's also mental warmth. It's enough to look at the photograph in which I see a warm summer and my soul becomes warmer.
