Seal Maxin and Relaxin
I found this seal today here in my hometown of Bonavista, NL.
Pretty much every single year around this time we see the odd seal show up. It is said they are mostly just resting before returning to the ocean however, some other reasons may be to warm up, to molt or possibly to give berth.
