Here is the latest news from EIB token admin
They announced that they will release it on 24th august. But they listed on stocks exchange on 25th august. They have a problem in token distribution section and building eth pair. So that the rate goes down and they announced that the price will be 1$ but now in stock exchange the rate is just 0.0015$. They said they worked hard to increase it to 1$ or more..
