Is it time to buy silver?

According to the latest evaluations, there is a serious decrease in silver material reserves. value always rises as reserves decrease. Thus, the demand for silver will increase. Of course, this is not dependent on small investors. Prices don't go up without big investors getting involved. my estimation is that silver prices will rise but big investors should also help.
