That's not including the hundreds of older tanks each month that are modernized, the other claim that is very suspect is that they have "over 1000 tanks in Ukraine" which tries to avoid putting any emphasis on a ballpark number even, and frames it as "at least 1000”, yet considering that Kivv claimed a few weeks ago that Russia has accumulated at least 900 tanks in the east around Kupyansk, which accounts for not even a quarter of the entire front, I think it's safe to assume they have at least 3-4 times that.

Just a couple points about the Taurus Missile they mention:

Besides the lack of compatible Aircraft for Ukraine to launch the missiles, the missiles are relatively slow and their massive size should make them fairly routine to intercept by Russian AD, not that Russia hasn't already adapted to deal with Storm shadow, Jdams and Himars, so even if these Taurus missiles will be improvised to be launched by the few remaining Ukrainian Aircraft, they will be susceptible to AD and jamming and whatever damage they do make will hardly change the course of the fighting.
