MIEDO

Sentir miedo ante ciertos procesos de tu vida es natural, es un protocolo de defensa que se activa en cada uno, para resguardarnos ante cualquier situación que atente contra nosotros, por lo tanto cuando nos encontramos en esos momentos es inevitable que surjan preguntas como; ¿estara bien?, ¿es lo que me conviene?, ¿Es la mejor decisión?, ¿ Me hará daño o no?, y el famoso, ¿Que hago? .

Y en esa encrucijada de preguntas solo nos queda evaluar bien, colocar todas las cartas sobre la mesa y visualizar la balanza, que pesa más a mi favor, y veremos qué existen riesgos, y es ahí dónde llega la respuesta, ya que si siento calma, confianza, seguridad es una buena señal.
Posdata: Pero debo recordar que si no lo hago no sabré nunca si era beneficioso o no para mí .

FEAR

Feeling fear about certain processes in your life is natural. It's a defense protocol that each of us activates to protect ourselves from any situation that threatens us. And the famous, "What do I do?"

And at that crossroads of questions, all we have to do is evaluate carefully, lay all the cards on the table, and visualize the scale, which weighs more in my favor. And we'll see if there are risks. And that's where the answer comes in, because if I feel calm, confident, and secure, it's a good sign.
P.S. But I must remember that if I don't do it, I'll never know if it was beneficial for me or not.
