While traveling in the city of Pekanbaru, Riau Province, I always take the time to look for coffee drinks.
I found a coffee place that still uses the traditional method of making coffee which is generally done in many coffee shops in Aceh Province.

Coincidentally, the coffee shop I came to was visited by many coffee lovers, and the owner came from Aceh who opened his business in the city of Pekanbaru.

While enjoying coffee, my eyes were focused on the person at the coffee serving place. The person was preparing coffee for customers while doing a filter coffee stunt, a performance by filter coffee servers.
Repeatedly filtering the coffee at an allegreto tempo before serving it to the customer.
