All these stupid fools kena conned and hoodwinked by him still support Najib Razak because they believed the bullshit he gave them. When you control the media and turn it into your own personal propaganda machine, this is the result. Say an untruth and repeat it enough times, people will believe it to be true. New government will need to open helplines for his supporters when they realise the truth because they’ll be suffering from cognitive dissonance.
