Equality Problems in School

We loved some of our teachers, we admired some of them, we did not even want to meet some of them. Maybe we were right, maybe not. Maybe they were right, maybe they weren't. We've all been through those lines. Some of us with better results, some of us with more moderate results. But we all wore those jerseys.

But the school desks were filled with the memories we shared with our friends and teachers. As a student coach, I work with young people of different ages and grades who have different ideas about their school and teachers.

It is not surprising to me that many years ago, we were talking about the wings of ours, and that our subjects were still valid. Fortunately, it makes me happy to see that my students have broken their unfounded thoughts about their teachers thanks to the coaching they receive.

I also know the other side of the coin for working with teachers. For the most part, the situation is not as good as the student. A teacher told my friend: her parents came to interview a student.
