Poloniex has deposit issues!

Huh... so i just noticed yesterday that my transaction takes more than usual. I quickly filed a support ticket as i saw that many of us have the same problem. Still got no answer or any response from poloniex regarding the problem.

Luckily i only deposited ~20 Steem Dollars. But the unlucky ones deposited thousands hoping the sent amount will pop up on the exchange! Knowing how fast the poloniex support it, i don't expect it to come back any time soon. (Probably 3 months or so.)

Guys switch to other exchanges and stop using poloniex. This is an unacceptable level of support from poloniex!

There needs to be a limit of what we're able to accept from an exchange, an entity who handles our goods. And if it does it should do it so with care. The worst of all is poloniex doesn't seem to show any sign of interest resolving the issue that is 2 days old now.

At the very least they should have posted a message on twitter that they are aware of the issue and they will fix it.

Looks like weekend is their weak spot?

From my end im done with Poloniex until they resolve their support issues. I hope you guys do the same so they realize that this can not go on anymore. And they must put more effort into their support system.
