How to make sugar with sugarcane!

Shugar is an essential part of life and it is used a lot in our foods. Today I decided to make it myself I went to a village where it was being prepared. The weather was quite good and I reached there and enjoyed a lot. The entire process of making it is present in the pictures here!
Sugarcane is the most basic part of sugar which is used to make sugar and in our village people use it extensively.

This method of making sugar is the most famous and clean because it is completely original and pure. It is completely free from chemicals and people like to eat it at home because it does not cause any harm to the body.

First of all they extract the juice of the shugarcane and after that its juice is put in a very big pan and a fire is lit under it. When its temperature becomes high level then foam comes on it which they keep on skimming.

It takes about 2 hours to complete to be ready because The juice, which has probably some water, comes out in the shape of evaporation and is then taken into a large wooden vessel and allowed to cool for a while.

Before it cools completely, it is first prepared in small shapes because in this way it is very easy to keep, eat and use it. It is in demand in our country and people use it with great fondness because it is absolutely real sugar which is very beneficial for health.

I enjoyed a lot and observed the whole process very well and bought 40 to 50 kg purchased for myself and brought it home.

We should develop the habit of eating original things around us because in this way we can avoid many diseases.
