Roast Beef in a Different Way With Potatoes

Here I took two kilos of beef , I have washed the beef well with water and kept it clean .

I cut two potatoes into small pieces .

Two cups of chopped onion .

Here are two tablespoons of ginger paste, two tablespoons of garlic paste, one teaspoon of turmeric powder, one teaspoon of chilli powder, one teaspoon of coriander powder, one teaspoon of cumin powder.

Cinnamon three pitches, cardamom seven to eight pitches, cloves nine to ten pitches .

Bay leaves three to four .

Three tablespoons of soy sauce .

Ten to twelve green peppers .

The amount of salt should be taken .

Now heat the oil in a pan with oil , Leave the onion pieces and fry till brown.

When the onion is light brown, add cinnamon, cardamom and cloves, bay leaves, ginger paste, and garlic paste and mix well.

Stir for a while and mix well with turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and green chillies.

Now add beef and mix well with spices .

After cooking for ten minutes, add sliced potatoes and pour and cook .

Once the potatoes are cooked with the beef, the potatoes should be kept in a bowl .

Then add the same amount of water to the beef and cover and cook .

When the water is dry after cooking, you can add potatoes and serve with lemon and salad as per your choice.
