Why do some people never find their dream job?

Usually unmotivated people are pessimistic about their chances of success. The reason for this is the uncertainty of its effectiveness, or rather, the ability to influence the final result, to do everything correctly and effectively. People often take modern goal visualization theories as a motivation increase, that is – it is enough to imagine the end result, and it is already around the corner-no effort! This technique is not just unproductive, and in some cases frankly harmful, because a huge amount of time and energy is spent on dreams and fantasies, not strengthened by actions.
