Este mes he participado en un workshop en donde nos encabámos en crear las metas del próximo año con un mapa visual y al mismo tiempo escribir las palabras detrás de cada meta.
La razón de crear un mapa con imágenes y letras es porque tenemos el cerebro dividido en dos, una parte creativa que se guía por las imágenes y lo imaginario, al mismo tiempo
una parte del cerebro analítica que se guía por lo razonal.

En este workshop me han regalado este ¨Gratitude Journal¨y recientemente he empezado a escribir unas cuantas frases al inicial el día.
Está dividido en tres partes-

Dentro de esas tres parte es donde escribo como quiero que sea mi día.
