What a beautiful place! There are three things you mentioned that were very important. Firstly, although the lake, or at least a large part of it, was created by the local council, it’s surrounded by nature with open spaces where you can walk around, take in the views, have picnics and even go fishing. Secondly, the issue of cleanliness has been sorted out and it looks so lovely with that green colour set against such wonderful natural surroundings, and, most importantly, the fact that there are so few people there is brilliant.
