Steeming Along, And beginning a Cleanse.

Hey folks, hoping you're all having a wonderful day.

I'm on the way from UK to my home in Bulgaria. Currently in Germany. Sun is shining but it's pretty cold (around -2). A three day drive. Sleeping in the back of the fully loaded car.

Today I quit smoking. In a couple of days I'm gonna begin a ten day Oshava fast. I mean it's not really a fast, it's basically eating only Yang food, is. brown rice or buckwheat. Tamari sauce is also permitted, as are herbal teas, but no water.

I'm doing this cleanse (perhaps that's a better word than fast) with a friend, as we both find it supportive if done with someone else.

We will likely remain in silence most of the time, meditate for perhaps two or three hours a day as well as a yoga practice.

My friend suggested an internet fast at the same time. I'm not gonna do that, but will perhaps limit my time online to 1 hour ( usually lately it's been perhaps 5-6 hrs per day, or more).

The presentation for the Matrix-8 Multi-Level Governance system is very slowly taking shape. Watch this space :-)
