Backlight / Contraluz

I shoot this photographic series with the help of Hive account@escriptora on a trip we made to Sanare, a mountainous area that begins the Andean mountain range in the Lara state, in central-western Venezuela.

This town is one of my favorite mountain towns, at that time we frequented it a lot because we carried out several ethnographic investigations in some of its peasant communities.

This community is also located at the foot of the Yacambú National Park. What makes this destination culturally and ecologically very interesting. You can quickly ascend from 1,300 meters above sea level to 1,700 meters where you feel a change of thermal floor.

I really like the silhouettes that are drawn in the game of contrast that Backlight produces.

Contraluz

Está serie fotográfica la realice con ayuda de Hive account@escriptora en un viaje que hicimos a Sanare, zona montañosa que inicia la cordillera Andina en el estado Lara, en el centro occidente Venezuela.

Este pueblo es uno de mis pueblo de montaña preferido, en esa época lo frecuentamos mucho porque desarrollamos varias investigaciones etnográficas en algunas de sus comunidades campesinas.

Tambien está comunidad se encuentra a las faldas del Parque Nacional Yacambú. Lo que hace de este destino cultural y ecológicamente muy interesante. Rápidamente puedes ascender de los 1300 metros sobre el nivel del Mar a 1700 metros dónde se siente en cambio de piso térmico.

Me gusta mucho las siluetas que se dibujan en el juego de contraste que producen el Contraluz.
