Una delle caratteristiche del lavoro nell'animazione e' il “Buongiorno”.
Salutiamo sempre tutti, in qualunque luogo del villaggio, a qualunque ora, se incontriamo una persona piu' volte la salutiamo ogni volta.

Questa caratteristica me la porto dietro da sempre nella vita di tutti i giorni, se sai creare empatia e' piu' facile che ti si aprano porte che altrimenti potrebbero restare chiuse.
Il nostro “Buongiorno” non e' mai falso, mi fa piacere veramente salutare le persone regalando loro un bel sorriso.
E' lavoro ma e' anche piacere, dovremo davvero tutti sorridere di piu.

La gente nella maggior parte dei casi apprezza, in fondo chi sceglie un villaggio sa che le cose funzionano in questo modo.
Ci sono pero' quelli che ti guardano strano.
C'e' chi non risponde al saluto, altri fingono di smanettare al telefonino pur di non essere salutati, altri ancora ti guardano come per dire; “Ma questo che cazzo vuole?”.
Questa gente se e' conciata cosi' in un luogo di vacanza come e' messa nella vita di tutti i giorni?

Passo parte dell'anno in un paese come Cuba dove tutti si salutano, tutti si sorridono, gli abitanti di un barrio comunicano fra loro ogni giorno, ogni ora, ogni minuto.
Salutare anche uno sconosciuto per il cubano e' una cosa normale,
magari se si tratta di una signora aggiungendo nei nostri confronti
un “Mi amor” che ha un significato che con l'amore vero non ha nulla a che vedere ma che comunque fa un certo piacere sentirselo dire.

Il saluto, la cordialità', il sorriso fanno parte del dna del cubano, noi stranieri quando arriviamo sull'isola per la prima volta ci stupiamo di tanta giovialita'.
Ci stupiamo perche' da noi quasi il vicino non lo si conosce, al massimo un saluto forzato nella speranza di non dover condividere il viaggio in ascensore che avviene quasi sempre in silenzio.

One of the characteristics of working in animation is the "Good morning".
We always greet everyone, anywhere in the village, at any time, if we meet a person several times we greet them every time.

I have always carried this characteristic with me in everyday life, if you know how to create empathy it is easier for doors to open that otherwise could remain closed.
Our "Good morning" is never false, I really like to greet people by giving them a beautiful smile.
It's work but it's also pleasure, we really should all smile more.

In most cases people appreciate it, after all those who choose a village know that things work this way.
But there are those who look at you strangely.
There are those who don't answer the greeting, others pretend to fiddle with the phone in order not to be greeted, still others look at you as if to say; "But what the fuck does this want?".
If these people are so tanned in a vacation spot as they are in everyday life?

I spend part of the year in a country like Cuba where everyone greets each other, everyone smiles, the inhabitants of a barrio communicate with each other every day, every hour, every minute.
For the Cuban to greet even a stranger is a normal thing,
maybe if it's a lady adding towards us
a "Mi amor" which has a meaning that has nothing to do with true love but which is nonetheless a certain pleasure to hear it said.

The greeting, the cordiality, the smile are part of the DNA of the Cuban, when we foreigners arrive on the island for the first time we are amazed by so much joviality.
We are amazed because here we almost don't know our neighbors, at most a forced greeting in the hope of not having to share the journey in the lift which almost always takes place in silence.
