A scuola col trolley 🇮🇹🇬🇧

L'altro giorno guardavo dei ragazzini dalle mie parti che, suppongo, tornavano a casa dopo una mattinata a scuola, dall'eta'
direi che erano della secondaria, anche se io preferisco ricordarla come scuola media.
Avevano ognuno un trolley e una grande valigetta suppongo per i disegni.

I trolley erano pieni fino a scoppiare.
Ora, a scuola ci sono andato anche io, ricordo un paio di libri alle medie, non 15 kg di roba da trascinarmi dietro.
Siamo in piena epoca tecnologica, invece di caricare quei ragazzi come muli (coi relativi problemi di scoliosi, cifosi ecc) non basterebbe un tablet con detro tutti i files che servono?
Certo in questo modo chi scrive i libri ed obbliga le famiglie a cambiarli ogni anno non si metterebbe in tasca nulla.

Quando partivo, 20/30 anni fa per la stagione in qualche villaggio turistico, una valigia era soltanto per le cassette musicali (poi i cd) ed i copioni degli spettacoli.
Ora basta una chiavetta usb e magari Spotify ed il problema e' risolto.

Se non usiamo la tecnologia per migliorarci e semplificarci la vita
tanto valeva restare come eravamo messi prima, almeno se non volevi farti trovare nessuno ti trovava.
Se le famiglie non possono permettersi un tablet per la scuola dei figli ci deve pensare lo stato col comodato d'uso, in fondo le nostre tasse da qualche parte devono pur finire.

The trolleys were full to bursting.
Now, I went to school too, I remember a couple of books in middle school, not 15 kg of stuff to drag around.
We are in the midst of the technological age, instead of loading those guys like mules (with the related problems of scoliosis, kyphosis, etc.) wouldn't a tablet be enough with all the files they need on the right?
Certainly in this way those who write books and force families to change them every year would not put anything in their pockets.

When I left, 20/30 years ago for the season in some tourist village, a suitcase was only for the music cassettes (then the CDs) and the scripts of the shows.
Now just a usb stick and maybe Spotify and the problem is solved.

If we don't use technology to improve ourselves and make our life easier
we might as well stay as we were before, at least if you didn't want to be found nobody found you.
If families cannot afford a tablet for their children's school, the state must take care of it with the loan for use, after all our taxes must end somewhere.
