Da qualche giorno si fa un gran parlare dell'ordinanza del sindaco di Bologna riguardante il nuovo limite di velocita' nel centro cittadino, abbassato a 30 kmh.
Ci sono state numerose alzate di scudi da parte di politici e semplici cittadini che sottolineavano come questa velocita' sia
eccessivamente bassa.

In realta' in moltissime citta e capitali europee il limite, nei centri storici, e' proprio di 30 kmh, in alcune in Germania addirittura di 20 kmh.
Vivo da un po' di anni a 30 km da Torino dove sono nato e cresciuto, mi capita di andarci, quando sono a casa, almeno una
volta ogni 15 giorni.
Capita che frequenti le zone del centro, quelle al di fuori dalla ZTL, che e' gia' un bel modo di limitare il traffico.

In realta' nel centro cittadino le macchine piu o meno gia' viaggiano a quella media.
Mi capita di essere fermo ad un semaforo, scatta il verde, io riparto normalmente, altre macchine accanto lo fanno come se si fosse abbassata la bandierina alla partenza di un gran premio di
formula uno.
Duecento metri dopo c'e' un altro semaforo, ritrovo le stesse macchine di quello precedente, quelle che avevano sgommato per partire prima ed arrivare chissa' dove.

Quindi alla fine non so se cambiera' molto, forse andando tutti un po' piu' piano si riusciranno a prendere piu' semafori verdi, probabilmente (e' uno degli scopi del decreto) ci saranno meno
incidenti con morti e feriti, forse.
Io lascerei un po' di tempo per vedere se questa iniziativa funziona, criticare per partito preso e' facile ma non risolve nulla.

In realta' ci sono oramai troppe macchine in giro, macchine che girano in citta' la cui viabilita' si basa ancora sugli anni 50', citta' vecchie, diventate tali quando ancora giravano le carrozze o si
andava a piedi.
Lo so che ai 30 all'ora ti fai due maroni cosi' ma in qualche modo il problema del traffico in centro si deve provare a risolvere.

I would leave some time to see if this initiative works, criticizing biasedly is easy but it doesn't solve anything.
