Today I’m so excited to tell you about how to eat mackerel fish 🐟
Actually this menu is come from Thailand 🇹🇭 county and this food is Thailand food. Because we are neighboring countries,so food and culture are contagious with good affection. This menu is really delicious and you will never forget this menu after tasting it.
The ingredients you need to buy from market are:

Mackerel 🐟

Leaf lettuce 🥬

Rice noodles or rice vermicelli

In my hometown the seller sold boiled vermicelli so it is very convenient.So I bought it.

And then roast peanuts 🥜

The last is the chilli sauce 🥫

I hope you find it easy to buy these ingredients in your home country.

The first of all ,fry the mackerel until cook and soft

If they do not sell boiled the vermicelli in your area area ,you need to boil the vermicelli or rice noodles.

Rinse the lettuce leaves thoroughly with water 💧

If your mackerel ready
Take a leaf lettuce

And one bite of fried mackerel

And a little rice noodles or vermicelli

And then two or three peanuts

Finally the chilli sauce

Yes we all finished,you can enjoy it.
My first one bite is for my mom

She like it a lot too.
And mine is I didn’t take peanuts because my gym trainer tell me not to eat peanuts 😂😂😂 I’m in my diets but I eat well too.So our trainer make dieting food style. I try it now. It does not related this post and my dieting 😂😂.But I try to do my dieting and if I change a lot or a little bit I will let you all know 😂😂😂.
