I have a best plan to share with you guys which is the most simplest one and also you will keep on earning passive income. This strategy has three benefits. One that you will be invested for the long term gain, the second that you will earn passive income and the third one that you will get trading opportunities.
This plan is so smart and well thought. What you have to do is to choose any 4 stock market shares which is fundamentally strong and also it gives you good dividend on quarter base.
There are shares which pay out on yearly basis but I do not recommend these shares rather its better to add shares which pays dividend on quarterly basis.
We have PSX market and the top 4 dividend shares which are also fundamentally strong are EFERT, MCB, OGDC and KAPCO. They are the shares which are fundamentally strong and their profit ratio increases every year and also they pay good dividends.
The benefit of dividend share is that you will keep getting good income every year, whether the share price goes up or down which will help you with regular income.
After investing in 4 shares, you have to now check the price differences among these shares. Try to grab 1-2% profit from the price movements between the shares and also keep on earning dividends.
You have two things to do, one to convert the shares between each other and the other that you can buy and sell the same shares when the price is up or down. This will generate another income beside that you are earning passive income from the dividends.
