There are many different trading styles and all go with their own strategy they find it better. Some prefer price action, demand/supply, CISD candle mode and some prefer indicators for the trading.

Also there are different types of traders which recommends different time frames and different trading styles. Most of the traders are intraday traders where they recommend to exit their trade in the same day and also they prefer scalping. There are also traders who prefer swing trades and some are long term investors.

Bullish Crossover

All of these trading styles are good when only you have enough learning about trading. In this post I will discuss one of the best and working indicator with the name ""Moving Average MA""

This is one of the simplest trading indicator which will help to execute your trade and it will be always be helpful in your trading. Its very simple you find this indicator in #binance or #Tradingview or many other platforms.

Moving average has two lines which is used to help smooth out price data by creating a constantly updated average. The best setting for MA is "9" and "21"

Bearish Crossover

Whenever the MA09 crosses MA21, it shows you the trend pattern. Let suppose the MA9 crosses MA21 towards upside and when you see a closing candle about the previous candle then it will be the good time to go long and open your trade.

Similarly, if the MA09 crosses MA21 towards downside and a closing candle is form below the previous candle then a good short position can be seen. This will identify the market trend by using the support and resistance levels.

This is how this simple method works and how it gives a good trading signals. If you want to make it more accurate then its better to add RSI indicator as well. Whenever you see a crossover is made and the RSI is at 30 then its the best time for long position and similarly on the either side.

Bullish and Bearish Examples

I am using this technique and its very helpful for me. It has around 70% accuracy and that is fine.
