YOGA AT SAMYAMA
I think everyone know it by now how much I love yoga. Even on vacations, I always make to the point of practicing. It’s also my way to spend time with friends. Enjoying same hobbies is something we are grateful for.
Samyama has been an ideal place for the yogis in Dumaguete City. My friend also teached there and sometimes, we do yoga as quality time.
