Rainy day mood.

Today for lunch I decided to use my oven. It was a rainy day, and using an oven made it feel cozy:-)

I washed potatoes and put them in a pot, filled it with water, and brought it to boil. I boiled it for about 30 minutes. You can check if it’s ready by pricking it with a fork.
When my potatoes were done cooking, I rinsed them with a cold water, peeled, and mashed them, adding a little bit of salted butter.

Ingredients.

Russet potatoes

butter

drumsticks

carrots

broccoli

baby bella mushrooms

garlic

muenster cheese

oil

sesonings, salt, black pepper

While potatoes were boiling, I salted chicken drumsticks, put a bit of avocado oil, and some mix of dried seasoning with black pepper. I put it in preheated to 450F oven for 30 minutes.

While it was cooking, I washed mushrooms. Cut the stems and garlic, mixed them together and stuffed the mushrooms. I put Muenster cheese on top of stuffing. Together with cut carrots, broccoli florets, and stuffed mushrooms.

I added everything to the drumsticks. I cooked them for about 15-20 minutes. I kept checking to make sure that broccoli isn’t overcooked
