I was so excited about the idea, that I didn’t look into it deep enough and so I made bunch of mistakes, flooded the engine, had to replace spark plug and injector. Quick rundown of the problems with this HHO 1.0 system:
I didn't know about 2.23v - result: extreme wire overheating to the point of burning.
Bubbler design was wrong - result: water was getting into the engine.
No EFIE or PWM
System wasn't airtight - result: water was getting into the engine.
Overview:
This particular system was a failure, but it did show that concept is real and worth perusing further.
