I was sitting and browsing the internet and reading a very nice and interesting topic. He was referring to an Italian bank called Credito Emiliano, which in 1953 had decided to lend to small businesses.

The strange thing is not that he decided to give the loans but that as a guarantee, as a mortgage, to spend Parmesan heads, that is, cheese !!
