Speed Drawing Contest entry "Steven Taylor"

Hello Steemians!! This is my entry for speed drawing contest drawing.

I would like to shout to @cookiespooky for this contest. A sketch per day is a good exercise to make ur drawing good.

I grew up listening to American rock band and one of them is aerosmith. " I Don't Want to Miss a Thing " is the song i really really like. A little bit about the singer Steven Taylor is a great musician he also plays the harmonica, and occasional piano and percussion. Tyler is included among Rolling Stone's 100 Greatest Singers.

I decide to tribute this speed drawing to aerosmith. My beloved band of century hehhehehe..

So this is my reference picture for the caricature art

so here i will draw a caricature for these speed drawing..

1st step

Drawing a caricature is really fun but the trick is u have to identify which part of the face character are obvious.
So everybody know steve have big mouth and sharp nose.. I using HB pencil to sketch it.

here the rough sketches for the face..

2nd Step

I define the shape and art line, the hair and the lips can see more clearly. Here i using 2B pencil.

3rd Step

I put the hand hold the mic. Cleanup a bit the pencil and enhance the line art.

4th Step

Yes Inking!! yeay and clean up pencil drawing. Finalize drawing.

5th Step

Here i put some detail for the hair and tattoo at the hand but not so obvious just to enough to see the shape.
