Archmage: Onboarding and Getting Started

Basic instructions follow for how to purchase and set up the Archmage Splinterlands bot.

Purchasing

During the Closed Alpha, purchases must be arranged in person with one of the Development and Marketing team. Please direct-message (DM) us on Discord. We will not DM you first through Discord for security reasons.

Once you have made contact with us, accepted forms of payment are Hive/DEC/SPS/HBD.

We also accept Splinterlands cards, but please discuss this with us first to confirm their current value.

Once you have made the payment, you will need to submit a configuration.

Configuration

Submit your configuration at https://www.archmage.app/config/

All settings except Posting Key are submitted via the above form.

We do not ask for your Posting Key on the form - please only submit this to us via DM in Discord and only by selecting one of the names of the Development and Marketing team from the user list in the Discord server.

Future Onboarding

As we move through the Alpha and the Beta and towards Main Launch, we are at work on better procedures for onboarding, payment and configuration. The above system is not final, and we hope to outgrow it.

As the system changes, further posts will be created to explain what is required. Also expect even more soon guides about how to fine-tune your collection to suit the play-style of the Archmage bot.
