What do I think we are really looking at when we look at this vast octopus? Blackrock and Vangard are the top, the brain, and all the companies they own controlling interests in are the ends of the dendrites emanating from that brain. This is not just a global control system, it is a global sensory system, it receives information. It receives the information you give it every time you use that debit card or that credit card, every time you text, every time you search on Google...

Could it be more obvious if you consider it coldly, objectively, that this is a living organism with a central nervous system leading up to one brain? That brain I will call the CIA.

Does this not dispel some of the mystery of why every government on earth is marching more or less to the same orders, seemingly whipped on and organized by the same godlike whip hand?

The CIA is an agency. An Agency. They are agents working for clients. The CIA is best seen as a Company of Lawyers which has inducted and mentored generations of lawyers most often coming out of the same families so that the ethos, the corporate familial tradition, is preserved from decade to decade. They are mafia lawyers who play with the law and sidewind around it in the interest of their clients. They know people who can solve problems by criminal means. These lawyers and the criminals and mercenaries they employ are almost religious in their avocation to break and subordinate the law. They are a family composed of people who are mentored for decades into the family firm before they reach the top. So from generation to generation they have the same mind. They have “their own Air Force, their own Navy, their own fundraising mechanism and the ability to pursue their own ideas of the national interest free from all checks and balances and free from the law itself.” [Daniel Inouye, 1987]

In much the some way the dynasties who are the CIA’s clients – the Rockefellers, the Rothschild’s, the Windsors – preserve their own family values from generation to generation. These people are aristocrats. They are a law unto themselves. Their values, their perception of the world and, now that it lays in their hands, what to do with the world, these values and intentions are as alien to you and me as if these people really did come from outer space to use humanity as food.
