Art and politics.
I have an artistic tribe with whom I share zero politics, and an anti-establishment tribe with whom I share zero art.
It feels like never the twain shall meet.
It pains me because I have strong feelings about politics (for example, I adored the Brit series The Contract, some of the best writing/acting/directing I have seen on TV,
while people from whom I get much of my editorial content admit they have no interest in movies or tv.)
The thing is, if you have strong political feelings about big tech, or big pharma, or the UN, or NATO, and have zero interest in entertainment in any form--because of shitty propaganda, i.e, the Russians and Chinese are always the bad guys, hahahaha--fiction or film or TV--imho you're missing a big piece of the puzzle.
I'm not a journalist or podcaster--I assimilate those I follow and then assimilate the tv and movie points of view and blend it into my cosmic swirl.
My fellows come here--presumably not to slop at the trough of data disinformation in exchange for material discount--but to exchange the truth.
