Night Kazan
Kazan is an ancient Russian city. He's not exactly Russian. It was originally Tatar. In 1552 Kazan was annexed to Moscow Russia by Ivan Terrible (Rurikovich)
Kazan is still the capital of Tatarstan. It is located on the Volga river.
I was there once, during my happy childhood.
In those days, it was dirty and terrible. A lot has changed now. Kazan has become one of the most beautiful cities in Russia.
My daughter decided to visit this city this weekend and shared with me photos of night Kazan.
I want to show them to you, my friends.
Tataria is a special region of Russia. Autonomous Republic. The largest group is the Tatars, who practice Islam.
