Begin by drawing a large, rounded, streamlined body shape that tapers towards the tail...

Attach a small, rounded head to the body, making sure it's proportionate...

Add a small, rounded snout with two expressive eyes placed above it...

Sketch the two large front flippers in a paddle-like position and the smallerback flippers..

Draw a small, rounded tail at the end of the body..

Add whiskers to the snout to enhance it's sensory perception..
